From his professional roots as a designer, Rob has always believed that a balanced approach to technology applications trumps design, development and business individually. A succesful team is one that works together, despite their contrasting roles and disciplines.
Disenfranchised by the poor quality of tools for Human Resources at small and medium sized organizations, Rob decided to start speaking with dozens of companies about their HR processes. Realizing there was a gaping hole of quality and affordability, gowerk was formed. Merely an idea at first, a "What if..." question that grew into a set of prototypes, beta clients, relationships and vision.
